Driving home, I could tell the way the overcast clouds were breaking up on the horizon late in the day, that there could be a good sunset. So I bailed off the interstate to secondary, then back roads, with a couple of places in mind, when I drove by this cornfield, unharvested and left for winter. Towards the end, the sky broke apart nicely, and just after the sun set, I made a few images. The usual sunset breeze kicked up a couple of gusts that waved some leaves and sent some detritus flying, which showed up against the darker forested hill, left; I decided to leave them, to further impart motion as it was. This is 2 images processed with HDR, and then blended with one of the originals in Photoshop to return the sky I liked, which processed a bit too heavy in Photomatix.
